Their laser hair removal is great, I've already had such good results, and I definitely plan on trying out more of what they have to offer.

The decor & clinic is of a very high standard and the girls are always welcoming. I highly recommend Groom and look forward to continuing my laser hair removal journey with them.

Always sharing a smile, educating me as she goes and making sure I am okay and happy after every treatment. All staff I have interacted with have been so friendly and helpful too. I've gained so much skin confidence since I started my journey of facial treatments and laser with Cherie.
The new facilities are so lush, modern and sparkling clean, and treatment rooms private and relaxing.
All of the staff are friendly and welcoming, and I've felt like a valued customer from day one.
Before starting any new, or previous, treatment I'm always fully briefed before we start, and made sure I'm comfortable and informed throughout.
Pricing is affordable too!
The results speak for themselves, my skin has never looked better, and I'm so grateful for the healthy skin and self confidence that I've gained.

The old clinic was beautiful and welcoming but the new clinic is stunning, high end and feels super luxurious. I love coming to groom ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Highly rate their services, expertise, amiability, and general eae I've felt after utilising their laser service for the past 4 or so sessions so far. I found heaps of value in it, especially when they were doing a 50% off a laser bundle, that I purchased a couple.
I can say on my end that the laser does work quite well in reducing hair, I'm only halfway through the usual 8 treatments and I'm genuinely excited to see how well it works for me. Their skincare products have also been working for me.
Kate has been awesome and a genuine credit to the team at Groom! Thanks very much for your care thus far.
