★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I can only say wonderful things about Modaks as on both of our visits the service and food we're fantastic.
The decor is wonderful with a selection of formica tables and chairs that look like they have just come from the 70's. Images on the walls by local artists.
Breakfast was amazing. My monster eggs kept me going all day. My sons salmon looked fantastic.
The service is fantastic. Will happily visit again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recently discovered this cafe on George St. So much character and clearly a favourite of others from the number of people who were recognised by the staff. Sitting at a table by yourself, having a quiet read or tapping away at your laptop, not a problem. I loved it.
