★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After I tried Meditation classes to assist with anxiety, I decided to see Alana, Alex and Renata for a Group Reiki session. They were recommended to me through word of mouth. They made me feel very comfortable and welcomed, and they explained everything they do through the session. I have learnt a lot from them about the Reiki, chakra's and how they connect to the physical, emotional and mental well-being. It's truly a beautiful and relaxing setting around you and the session is delivered by people who can make you feel at ease and peace as soon as you enter the room. Every time when I am in a session with them, I let go of my anxiety, panic and tension I was feeling that day. I always leave a session feeling at peace. Thank you so much for your service
