Stephen has guided my full recovery from gastroenteritis illness and pain, and he enabled my way to a healthy lifestyle. On top of regular naturopathic sessions, we have trained together under a detailed nutrition/PT program he designed for my case. During the past 4 years, Stephen has been my health and life coach, positively transforming many aspects of my personal and professional life. As a person, Stephen has a strong and warm presence that naturally opens people’s body-mind-soul.

After meeting Stephen i completed a food sensitivity test, this highlighted an intolerance to foods i eat on a daily basis.
