★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Brought a tent from These guys took it home quality was rubbish . Leaked light and missed stitches. Sent a email to them you try sort it out . All they said was its a manufacturing problem and they won't do anything about it . I did not go out and spend good money to get a damaged product . Service is rubbish . Don't shop here .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Strongly advise to avoid this business. Placed an order online. wasnt untill order was placed was i emailed saying that there would be delays, understandable. After sending them an email stating if it would be more than a few days to please refund me, Was told full order was to be dispatched next day. around 4 later order arrived missing what i needed. trying to email 4 days running to organise refund as only way possible, all ignored. staff are rude as on the phone. All in all no nutes no refund and no response.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought a tent from these guys, decided I wanted a bigger one so contacted customer service to ask if I could exchange it, they said sure so I purchased a bigger tent & sent back the first one for a refund as agreed. It's now been two weeks since you recieved back the tent, I've sent several emails, contacted you on Facebook and complete silence on the subject, I will be opening a dispute with my bank & will not be shopping with these scammers again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do not shop here, We bought a grow tent here 3 months ago, The Zip broke on the first day, then the water proof plastic started to come off the drip tray and the walls. Finally the seams are separating. I have been in contact with customer service to which they have hardly responded and are now choosing to ignore the emails I have sent.
The quality of the tent is cheap and poorly made.
Terrible products and even worse customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My friend and I went in today for a look around. The older lady working, vibe felt like she didn't want us there. Their after pay doesn't work less you order online. The other lady was okay to us. Not a like feeling well shopping.

I'll be getting a tent setup before next winter to carry on growing. ???????
