★ ★ ★ ★ ★ GUC provides professional services for my subdivision project in Hauraki, Auckland. The whole process run super smoothly and hassle free, even there are so many odd issues or questions during the processing period GUC didn’t push those problems to me, instead , they are doing their own research and get those problems sorted from their knowledge and connections with others. What I get is their professional advices and options that I can have when applying RC and subdivision.
What is The best is even after their job done and I have my RC and EPA approved already, when there are conflicts of interests with neighbors happened, GUC still looking after my case and offered the solution to those neighbors issues and get problems sorted, which I really appreciate for their professional work and willingness to have the development going. Strongly recommend. What I found about GUC is that they treat customers cases like their own and are results driven.
