My experience with this Recruitment Agency wasn't the best, they interviewed me, processed me into a job description to apply for, did a ton of preparation work for the interview by researching the business in depth, felt confident about the process all for the recruitment agent to take back the application and advise me that the position was already filled. Made me waste a lot of time and energy, really didn't seem appropriate to put someone through every hoop in order to tell them the position is filled. I felt that going through this Agency was more about information gathering on people, than trying to find them work - left me feeling sour about the whole thing.
