β β β β β Not very much stock here these days and books are very pricey, all for a good cause though. I ended up at the book exchange across the road 5 stars on value, service and laughs

β β β β β Good Easy Parking.
Store has an ok range of Preloved stuff for sale but a lack of heaters and electric kitchen appliances does make it a bit dull
Good layout and easy to find stuff.

β β β β β Great to be able to recycle goods, with the money going to a good cause. Nice friendly staff and a clean and tidy store. Well done to those involved.

β β β β β Bought a childs stroller, but couldn't collapse it, so in true southland style, found a few young ladies in the store for me, that looked like they were mothers, plus 2 grannies and they all chipped in and helped out to work it out, wow ? top service amazing

β β β β β Well set out with clear entrance in, out is at the other end of the building. Staff were friendly and safety conscious. Really like how they have reorganised all the shelves and made the best of the large area.
Love shopping there for second hand crockery which i repurpose into yard art.

β β β β β Sadly my least favorite of the thrift stores we've visited in Invercargill. I'm giving 4 stars instead of 3 because I really admire what Habitat for Humanity does, but the shopping experience wasnβt great imho.
Basically everything I was at all interested in was 2x to 3x+ more than I would have expected. $8 for a basic t-shirt of a brand that I've often found on dollar racks at other thrift stores, $50 for a heavily used pair of boots that would cost around $100 new based on the brand, etc. Ended up walking out empty handed, which is unusual for me. It sounds like others have had much better luck though, so maybe it just wasn't my day!
