★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst receptionist ever. Karen is a liar. Tells lies to the insurance company. Tells lies to the customers and is the most unpleasant person to deal with. We will never use their services ever again purely because of her. The ACTUAL workers seem like great guys though.
