β β β β β I had an amazing experience being looked after by Stacey at this salon! i was looked after so well and had so much regrowth that was hindering my confidence and after leaving Hair Colab felt stunning ? did a wonderful job and exactly what i asked for, thanks, definitely would recommend this place in puke βοΈ?

β β β β β Booked my 6 year old daughter for a haircut here on the 1st of December for the 11th of December at 130pm. Confirmation was received on the day of the booking so our weekend was arranged around this booking. Arrived at 130pm on the day of the booking, to be informed that they are not cutting unvaccinated people ( 6 year olds canβt be vaccinated but all adults in this family are ). I was told I was sent an email telling me that my appointment had been cancelled for this reasonβ¦( no email was received which I advised at the time ). There is no statement on the company website or facebook page stating that this is the case which would be very helpful to say the leastβ¦ furthermore the companies cancellation policy when you can not make your booked appointment is a PHONE CALL, this should maybe be the case when you can not honour your bookings also? Finally, Stacey also came across very rude, short and not very understanding/accomodating. Left the salon with a very upset 6 year old girl whom was very excited for a booked haircut, not cool! ?

β β β β β I have been going to Stacey for over 10 years. She is the only person I trust with my hair. She does an AMAZING job everytime making me the blonde haired girl I love to be. She keeps my hair in such healthy condition for someone who has been dying their hair blonde for 10+years. I can highly recommend her and her products.

β β β β β Have been using Stacey for years now, so glad she has opened her own salon to share her talent. Wouldn't think about going anywhere else. Very professional and I am happy with the result every time. Stacey always has up to date knowledge of new products and which works best for individual hair types. Very well priced and I would most definitely recommend.

β β β β β Louise colored my hair after 7 months of it running wild through lockdown. Together we chatted about what my ideal color was. unfortunately we didn't quite achieve this the first time around ( It was pretty far gone) and so she happily made the time to take me back in to re - color it and she managed to tame the mane and get it looking amazing again!! 10/10 recommend this salon and Louise. Very professional stylists who really do have your best hair do in mind. Definitely will be coming back :)
