Today Monique and Lynley took care of my hair. I could not fault them or the service they gave and I came out Hairscene feeling very satisfied with my hair.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have never been more embarrassed in my life. My hair was completely butchered. I have never left a bad review in my life for anyone and I didn’t want to leave a bad review but every time I walk by a mirror my heart drops to my stomach and I want to cry. I’m too embarrassed to even post a photo of it. It’s going to take years to grow out and fix. It’s not even straight or even, my bangs were cut so short they stick straight out or straight up in the air and I was given sideburns. It’s close to being a mullet. My friends aren’t even sugar coating it and everyone is laughing at me at how bad it looks. If being on the cover of an 80s rock album was the look I was going for then maybe it would be ok. It looks like my 3 year old cut my hair while I was sleeping and I am absolutely mortified beyond belief. Especially considering I was getting it cut before my tv appearance next week which now I don’t even know how to make this acceptable for that. They didn’t make me pay but I don’t care about the $85. I would pay $1000 to have my hair back. I’m absolutely heart broken and gut wrenched. What do I even do now. ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My experience with Linley at Hair Scene was definitely one to write home about it. Linley was amazing. She did a comprehensive consultation with me to ensure that she knew exactly what colour I wanted and needed for my hair. The turn out is perfect and I will most definitely be back :)
