★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I feel really disappointed that I was charged $145 for not being able to make an appointment. I completely understand charging a cancellation fee but I have never come across a business that charges the price for the entire appointment. Regardless of whether or not it is in the terms and conditions, if a person is needing to cancel on the day, it is usually (and was in my case) for good reason. It would have been nice to have been reminded of the cancellation policy at the time I asked to reschedule but I was not.

I have never felt so relaxed and comfortable as I have after being treated like an absolute VIP at The Little Beautique. Not only was I pampered, I was educated.
Zena was incredibly professional and to such a high standard, I felt so safe and she was very personable. I wish I resided here to see Zena and the team on the regular. It will be a MUST each time I come this way from now on.
Absolute gem of a place.
