★ ★ ★ ★ ★ “Wow” is all I can say really, I was one of their first clients in this location, and have never looked back. My children and husband treasure the experience too, proudly telling their friends at school who cuts their hair and where.
To try and put into words, I would say apart from the totally professional haircuts, styling and colour. Kyla, Kerry and their amazing team are so welcoming, warm and positive that you feel relaxed and special.
Total bliss!!
I have brought visiting friends and my mum here, to get a treat of a haircut, and have used their vouchers as Christmas gifts for our team of staff members.
Thank you guys, congratulations on all the success that’s from hard work and passion.

I came in for a consultation last week prior to my appointment today, and I was so impressed at how easy it was to come up with a new plan for my hair. I was feeling like I needed a change from my normal blonde, and was having some niggles surfacing around self-worth. Taking some time out for myself was much needed. We executed the plan and I absolutely love the coppery result. I thoroughly enjoyed the small touches; the floral teacups, the extra care, the massage chair, and of course the gorgeous mural. I feel beautiful.
I felt comfortable and most importantly; safe.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I arranged a mother and daughter photo shoot March 2020 with Halcyon which entailed having our hair, makeup done and photo's taken. I live in Hamilton so arranged this by email and phone chats to Kerry and Kyla. They were so easy to deal with. The team at Halycon were so great with my mother and myself and made us feel so special. They did a fantastic job with hair and makeup and Charlotte Tinoai who came to take the photos was awesome. It was made so easy with having everything done at one place and dealing with one business. The photo reflects how awesome Halycon and photographer Charlotte Tinoai are.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a wonderful experience. The environment was so claiming and I felt listened to and reassured by my stylist Abby. She knew the physics on how to cut my hair to get the desired look. My expectations were super exceeded. She explained how she was going to cut, why she was cutting that way and the outcome of doing so. I have always seen this level of service on tv but never experienced it in Invercargill. I was delighted when my hair was washed after clipping. I felt so good by the end of my appointment I was almost sad it was over. First time in my life I’ve booked my next appointment in advance. I finally feel like myself again. Thank you.
