I've never ever experienced service like that before. Gave us an awesome package deal, was totally focused on us & our needs, offered us really good advice, talked to us as if we were his mates, & had us talking about his service (instead of what we'd just purchased!?) the whole way home, so thank you Matt!, you deserve a pay rise! ???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I never thought I'd see the day you can get suited and booted and buy a record in the same shop. My mate bought the Beth's album on vinyl for half the price though and he lives in england, how does that work? Maybe cos he gets records from a record shop and clothes from a clothes shop.
Guess where he gets his beer from?
A petrol station, how mad is that!
I wonder if they sell records and suits as well?

I also wanted to add as soon as my husband and I stepped off the escalator we were greeted with a smile, then we were help and served by Troy S who was very knowledgeable friendly and interesting to talk to. The eye contact was excellent. 11 out of 10 for great staff

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awfully unpleasant. They had a speaker blasting music into cashel mall theh inside the music was also overly load. Staff member came upto me and said hows it going. I said I cant hear you the music's way to loud. She replied "oh go home" and walked away. Prity poor customer service and no need to blast music outdoors. Hallenstiens is the type of unpleasant you find in teenagers blasting tacky music off their phones. People dont want music they dont like being blasted at them. And if a customer complains to you you should never reply "oh go home". Definitely wont be spending money there. Rude lady working there and not a welcoming vibe. No suprise their was NO CUSTOMERS purchasing anything while I was there
