★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought a pair of summer trousers at Glassons and they shrank up so much that they are unwearable. They were not pericularly cheap and I am appalled that Glassons does not do something as simple as ensuring the fabric used is preshrunk . II has been years since I bought something that shrunk... infuriating... as I liked the trousers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What has happened to this store. No customer service, no one approaches you. Girls all chatting at fitting room. No one knows what's coming in or out. I know for a fact, school girls steal from there frequently. It a known fact, go there to steal. Someone needs to look at training and service. Even when I'm there's not one staff member talks to me. I'm 52...I don't look my age..but still .what the hell , I expect more.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So today is a nice and sunny sitting in the out door area by the tram tracks. Can't figure out if Glassons paying the person to to play the hideous endless noise outside their shop or if he does it for a free Glassons t-shirt.
Play it inside your shop if you must. Where did you get the idea it's OK to annoy everyone eles in a 400m radius.
