We've gone to this store on a couple of occasions to buy suits, one for our own wedding, and again for groomsman's attire. Both times we have been happy, and both times we had Sam help us, who is always very helpful and a lovely person to chat to while he helps us! We take our hats off to him.

The shop's manager who helped my husband and I was very experienced he made shopping for my husband much easier than it normally is. The store has a much more cheerful atmosphere than it had with the old team.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I used to shop here regularly but stopped because of the rude no-hopers that worked there. It has been a year since the last time I had gone in. This was the first time in a long time I got good service. All of the staff seemed happy and where having some great banter.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very disappointed with the service here on Sunday afternoon. We were in about 15 minutes before closing and the young guy serving us was more concerned about us taking up his time than helping us. Didn't even offer to find what we wanted in another store after not having it there. In the end we felt like we were kicked out as after locking the door to the arcade, he said its now 1 minute to four and we are closing - good luck finding the pants in another store!! We have shopped here a lot but won't be any more. Very rude, and we do know whats its like to want to go home but customers come first...we help pay the wages and I'm sure he would feel the same as we did if he was served like that in another store.
