★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Called to get a cat door installed. They advised 5 working days for install. working day 4 I contacted them to see when install would be and was advised the company that provides them with Glass was running a couple weeks behind and my order would be delayed and they would follow up and contact me right back. They never did so I called them back the following day and left a message to cancel my order. I got a rude call back from Gayle who said i would have to pay regardless and that I MUST have misheard her. No Gayle you plum sounds like YOU got confused and made a bumble. You then blamed the other company for your lack of promised follow up. Zero responsibility taken. I would have actually gone ahead with the order despite the earlier bumble had Gayle been slightly apologetic and not a complete nightmare.

I needed some glass (I supplied the recycled glass myself) cut for a little broken window in an upcycled tv cabinet. Not a job to make money on for them but they did it anyway. It is great that there are still companies out there that just offer awesome customer service over and above what would required. Not going anywhere else, ever! Highly recommended! Thanks Halswell Glazing, you are the best!
