★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don't usually write negative reviews but I feel I have to in this case. We had Sharp Glass replace a window at our premises and asked them to match the individual pane with the existing windows. The results in the attached photo speak for themselves. They then refused to remedy the work and were very uncooperative and belittling on the phone saying "it'll only look like that for a few hours a day, you're just going to have to live with it" and claimed "it's the best we can do". We had to get another provider to replace their work. They are now taking us to small claims court seeking payment for this substandard work that we had to get replaced. We highly recommend Winstone Glass's work though. They provided a perfect match. You should definitely use them instead.

The window glass was replaced quickly and very efficiently.There was no mess to clean up and having the easy payment method of a portable eftpos machine made it even more stressless.

There service was fast and fantastic, I was very concerned about a broken main bedroom window and had rang around 3 other glass repairs which could or would not respond to my urgent window repair request. I was truly amazed by there response , not to mention the finishing touches after the window went in. I have to add was also pleasantly surprised at there competitive rates and I now would always call them over any other glass service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I managed to smash my front door on the day of my anniversary and needed it repaired as soon as possible so that we could make dinner. Lorraine was so wonderful and empathetic over the phone and Shane showed up within 30 minutes and did such a wonderful job (and gave me a cute wee torch for my handbag). I received a certificate iwth my invoice sharing information on where their donating focus was for the month, which was really lovely to read. So impressed. 11/10.
