β β β β β Nothing but praise for Jen, she went over and beyond to create the same set as I got done elsewhere 7 years ago, matching the frame and matt. Unfortunately my set that was made elsewhere wasn't sealed properly and jen picked up on this and she amazingly created another set using the old moulds. If it hadn't been picked up the moisture In the old set would have eventually ruined my casts.
There is love and care put into the castings, no pressure to get it right the 1st time. Fairly priced and amazing quality!

β β β β β Jen was there for me when I lost my partner in an accident. She goes out of her way to help everyone, and her casts are so realistic its shocking. I can see my partners tattoo on his. She was also amazing when we added the kids hands with there dads, and the fingerprint pendants never come off. Thankyou

Jen got it exactly as I wanted. It's actually more beautiful than I was imagining.
The communication since the beginning was very effective and Jen was super helpful and kind during the process.
Amazing service and they do such a meaningful work.
