★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hi, we got Sami the cabbie who tried to overcharge the EFTPOS fee by $2.50 and when I gave him cash and said it was a $50 note and he only gave back $2.30 in stead of $22.30 but I pick up on it. I believe he was trying to take advantage because he thought we were drunk

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Phoned to get a quote as I live 1km from Hamilton airport told $15 - charged $27.50. Next day same trip home $32.50. Also asked for quote for my daughters same day to school advised $35 charged my kids $45. Never again!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We went from Waikato Hospital to the middle of Cambridge, which is about a 25min drive. I told the driver that I wasn’t feeling very well and, provided I had my seat belt on, he was happy for me to lay down the whole trip so that I was comfortable and turned the radio down so that it was nice and quiet for me.

Have used this card before without any problems

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Booked maxi taxis in early morning and were canceled for the second day we booked. Van was late and charged double to what we were told. Our second maxi taxi booked at night left us stranded and took other people instead of us and told us it wasn’t their problem. Not professional or trustworthy at all. Not worth it.

Then told to go to another taxi company because they have no drivers working .
Total lack of customer service.
Drivers must be gutted to have such poor support from the office staff.

I asked for a taxi to pick a friend up I said we both have money but i wanted to pay at the destination.......I got hung up on...I rung back explaining I had the money at both ends could I please have a taxi...the reply was someone will get there eventually as long as u have money upfront then hung up on again
This is after an hour of waiting after booking, used this service heaps of times no problems with payments at destination
Whoevers running this now are just rude and have disgusting behaviour
Uber isn't killing this service you rude disgusting workers are

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was picked up quite quickly from a course I had been doing at about 7.45pm, and taken to my home address, by a very nice, helpful, taxi driver. I appreciated the prompt service, and friendly driver, as it was my first time, using Hamilton Taxis. I was very impressed, so I will definitely be using them again.
