★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible customer service. My first time calling and all I get answered by is a faint "Hello" no company name or anything. Then I ask to book a taxi which is followed by a big pause. They then called me back wanting to repeat my address (I had already done this 7 times, also had spelt it out to them) My address is not hard to find at all. Will never be using this company again

Only One guy picked up during all 5 calls) to simply ask for prices, after mumbling that he'd call me back once he found the prices he hung up, after which I tried to call him back and was rudely told to "call back later. He's busy" creepy, unprofessional and I have a feeling the rest of these reviews are fake

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We booked our taxi for 6:45pm and they said it would be fine. At 6:58pm they had still not arrived and we were late for our dinner reservation and so we canceled our booking as he was still 5 minutes when I had finally got a hold of him.
Very unreliable company and would not recommend!
