We did a consult and I recorded a meal diary. Hamish sent through an analysis of my diet, where I was doing well and more importantly what I was missing out on. I couldn't be happier with the meal plan and the whole experience and the results. I highly recommend his services. Thanks Hamish!

As a vegan he was fantastic at accommodating my dietary needs while ensuring I got the right nutrients. Always helpful and on hand for advice. 100% recommend.
