Nancy Wijohn
Nancy has a BPSA Major in Dance, she is also a certified Personal trainer and Fitness instructor. She has performed around the world to critical acclaim and is co-producer for Body I(s)land a dance company based in NZ. Her years of professional dance training and competitive sport (Representing Auckland in Netball, Rugby and Touch) give her a unique perspective on the physical body and its function to a peak level of performance.
Her discovery and now passion of ConTact C.A.R.E came after having a series of sessions that had evidential positive results in her life. She saw the profound ways that it could improve the lives of many. Inspired and eager to grow she began small, working with family, friends, small animals, horses and cows to building confidence to work with all walks of life.
Nancy is a fully qualified ConTact C.A.R.E Practitioner working full-time using this method to improve the quality of life and bring more ease and comfort to those with years worth of chronic pain and injuries. She is currently under going further training to become an Equine ConTact C.A.R.E practitioner and eventually to be able to teach the method to others.
Nancy has experience dealing with concussion, co-ordination issues, sport injuries and more all to which she has applied the ConTact C.A.R.E method and had positive results with her clients.
