β β β β β Thank you to the Team at Hamlet Photography, I had the joy of having photos taken when my Daughter and Granddaughters were home from Australia , just prior to Christmas. Even though it was whistle stop visit from my Daughter , Russell, Sal and Sarah did a wonderful job of firstly making the little ones feel at ease, taking beautiful photos and then ensuring they were ready for me to take to Australia as presents for Christmas. I feel so lucky to have found Hamlet Photography and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone. In fact this is the second time I have been lucky enough to have photos taken by them. A joy, and a treasure to keep our Memories alive.

β β β β β This review could change based on how the second appointment (viewing time) goes. Team and photographers quite pleasant. Just like some of the other reviews, we went because of a car voucher. We travelled about 45 minutes to get there and we gave ourselves just under an hour and half just incase of traffic (we used the motorway and it was during peak time). We got there very early because we realized it was school holiday and hardly any traffic. When we arrived they were very very understanding. In fact when we got there, they accommodated us immediately (they were empty) and in fact our photo taking and the discussion ended exactly when we were meant to arrive. The photographer quite friendly but some of his comments can be viewed slightly on the unprofessional side however it might just be his sense of humour. The reason for the 4 star is simply for the fact that after reading all the negative comments, I can see where they were coming from because we felt the same and I hope they don't try to push sales during the viewing day. Please give customers space to decide :)

β β β β β My partner and I had a photoshoot with Russell recently and he made us both feel really comfortable (I am not a fan of getting my photo taken!). The whole team were really lovely, the property in Coatesville is a beautiful setting, and the end product exceeded my expectations. Highly recommend. Photos are not often something we get printed out these days but every time I walk past the shots we have hanging they make me smile (:

β β β β β Emily was super friendly and made us feel really comfortable. Although we used a voucher, everything felt genuine and professional. Photos look great and we were able to negotiate a good price for digitals + prints. Emily is extremely understanding and respectful. I would recommend coming here with a budget in mind though, so viewing and selection of photos go smoothly and you aren't easily swayed or pressured.

β β β β β Amazing. The service was out standing from start to finish. The photo session was amazing and Russell worked wonders with my son and dog. The photos that he captured are amazing. They are by far the best photos that I have ever had done. I would not be surprised if some of them become award winners. I would recommend Russell to anyone.

β β β β β I am really regretting not reading some feedback on this studio before our visit. Viewing session is definitely not enough to make good decision and this studio not provide any samples to choose or think about - decide here and now - not other options. In the end we have photo with my daughter that look like her lips are disfigured, terrible. I would agree with feedback below - horrible experience. To be honest I do not want to frame or put these photos anywhere - very devastating.
