β β β β β Amazing Sauna and Contrast Therapy Session at HANA. We were greeted by kind and friendly staff together with HANA Resident Dog, Teddy. World Class Aesthetics, space immediately gave us a sense of calm and relaxation. every detail of the whole experience was carefully thought; the Private Contrast Therapy room was ready for us when we arrived, we had fresh towels, water with electrolytes and calming music to set the vibe before we went to 60 minutes of pure bliss. session was finished with a lovely shower using Sansceuticals Products. Highly Recommend and definitely worth a visit!

β β β β β As someone from the MTV generation that feels neither highs nor lows, I grimace at descriptions such as "spiritual" or "transcendental". But good lord, this place comes close to it. Forty give minutes in an infrared sauna does something to you. But it's not just the infrared box you sit in, the clean towels, clean floors and a rain shower head - that's a recipe for success.
You've got to try this place out - or maybe don't. Then there's more available slots for me.

β β β β β Lovely place to unwind and relax, after 4 combined sessions of infrared sauna and light pod therapy my skin looks better and my muscles are less sore.

β β β β β A great experience all round. Highly recommend booking the sauna/cold therapy room - your body will love you for it. I left feeling grounded & centred after an hour session shared with a good friend who was visiting the city.
Epic healthy activity to do & no doubt I'll be back. Thanks for having us!

β β β β β Hana is my happy place. I'm here on the weekly to detox from the stresses of the week and zone out with a refreshing Sauna and Contrast Therapy Session. The benefits of contrast therapy for both your mind and body are uplifted by the incredible girls (Phoebe, Fern & Ari - I'm looking at you) that make it feel like home as soon as you walk in the door. Not to mention the detail and consideration that has been put into the design of the space itself that allows you to shift into full zen mode. I'll sing HANA's praises all day, highly recommend.
