★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Hañsa practice and therapy has been a big part of my wellness journey. The hañsa flow practice has taught me on how to move more fluidly and gracefully, but still in a supported way. And the hañsa therapy knowledge has helped understand myself better physically, mentally, energetically, and emotionally. It has been a big part of my life and has helped me to find more balance - not just in the way I move, but in how I perceive my life as well. I recommend all who are interested to understand themselves and their lives better to begin a Hañsa practice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For me, Hansa has been the framework for a healthy life. The Hansa Flow movement practices bring support and ease to my body. Hansa Therapy is a subtle but profound way to identify what's causing problems in the body and repattern the way I use it, which has eased or elimanated chronic pain. The meditation practices focus and calm my mind. And the overall approach brings balance to my emotional and spiritual layers. But like everything else in life, there's not a quick fix or magic pill to take. You have to actually do the practices. And over time, the change is profound.
