★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place was really professional and really did a good job of my nails. They were in quite bad condition but they made them look good and they lasted quite a while. The reason they lost a star is that they took quite a wheel (about 90mins) and they charged $100 which seems quite a lot

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've never been so disappointed with a manicure or nail service in my life. It's been three days since I got them done and they still aren't dry... I touch them and it dents or marks them... nails have peeled, chipped and have so much texture due to them not being set. The lovely lady who shaped my nails and helped me pick out colours, was fantastic... I wish she stayed to paint them too. It is so disappointing I want to give it a zero, but I can't, so I give it a one.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awful service, booked an appointment a couple days before and when it came to, we got told to come back 30mins later. The man that did my nails was not having a good day and took it out on me. When i ask to change my nails slightly I got told to make up my mind because they were busy but when I asked for a shorter length the first time he actually said no. He then proceeded to take no care in my nails and it became the worst gel extensions i've ever had, not the shape or length I had asked for and to top it all off while my nails were drying at the end he just left without a word...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place is very expensive. $85 to get a plain french tip acrylic nail. I wanted french tip on my toes but they tried to charge me an extra $10 for this, on top of the $48 I was already paying just for gel polish! Considering I was spending $75 on acrylic nails, $48 on gel polish on my toes, and $30 to have my step daughters nails painted, I didn't think it was necessary to zap me an extra money to do french tip. I walked out very unhappy with my nails, they were very bumpy and twice as long as I had asked for them to be. I ended up removing them as soon as I got home. My step daughter had her nails painted and this was chipping off by the end of the day. My friend that came with us had a gel manicure and this was also chipping after 2 days. Very dissapointing considering the price of the services. On a good note, the staff were very sweet with my step daughter, offered her lollies and water whilst her nails were drying.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hate to say it but worst experience I’ve ever had at any type of salon and I’ve been to a lot. They were all rude, the Indian lady there treated me like I couldn’t afford to pay for all the extra gems that I wanted. When they asked what I wanted I showed a picture and they pretty much just laughed in my face, rude as hell. It’s been 3 days and all my gel polish on every finger is peeling right off. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone ever! For $103 it was the worst experience ever.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went here with my young daughter. I got a pedicure and my daughter had standard nail polish. Fantastic experience - we hadn’t booked and we were seen to straight away. The male did my pedicure and it was probably the best pedi I’ve had! Great massage and nails look impeccable.
My daughter had a nice young girl who was kind and engaging.
Would absolutely recommend.
