★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff is very rude.I asked from the ladies behind the counter if they can show me any medicine for constipation for my husband and they were acting all weird.Another nice lady came out and helped out us.She was being really nice ,informative and helpful.(I could see that she’s from another country because of her accent) Kudos to her.But then I turned back and saw the two ladies behind the counter giggling lookin at us.What?Is constipation something to be ashamed of?My husband felt very uncomfortable.Very disappointed and surprised by the behavior of the staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When Covid-19 arrived in N.Z. I found myself placed in self isolation as a tourist and a type 1 diabetic who was short on insulin. This chemist was a life saver for me and gave me lots of advice and the insulin required. Thank you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today went for shopping , the lady from Estee Lauder counter was extremely strange , other customer's kid dropped an icecream cone on floor and left . she asked me if I can clean the icecream dropped on floor , because it was melted & yucky. She seems didn't want to touch it. I was purchasing & shocked by her request . Never had such awful feelings in a retailer shop like this way .

Asked to have my Passport photos taken the lady's were being very rude I didn't feel good after hearing "you do it" "paper scissors rock" or "I did the photos last week" I was very uncomfortable in the photography room the lady taking the photos pretty much looked like she was having a tantrum, Did not have this issue last time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Listed as a community collection site for RAT tests but it's hit and miss whether there's the correct staff rostered to give them to you so you may be sent away without them. Health point site states you are able to collect them for yourself when you receive your order number text but staff will only give them to someone collecting on your behalf, very confusing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Online ordering is beyond slow, I do not recommend. It took over 3 weeks to recieve my order. You can't blame NZ Couriers/post because what took the longest, was the processing in store and collecting my items.Terrible! Online orders from Australia would probably be dispatched and delivered faster than these guys.
