We contacted them on Tues and they came out the next day to look at our dishwasher to see what the problem was, then they came back Monday and installed the new part and now our dishwasher works well! We are happy and would recommend them to others.

β β β β β Awesome service from Robin who was really friendly and professional and went above and beyond trying to find us a replacement part. He also gave us great advice for choosing a new oven when ours couldn't be fixed, and did an excellent job of installation. 100% recommend

β β β β β My washing machine was repaired and the service men turned the power to all appliances off, unaware we were on holiday and came home to all of our frozen food perished. I have called left messages and text multiple times and no one's responding.
The initial repair done to the washing machine didn't fix it and I didn't get any of that money back. The fact that id asked for a quote before repair and was quoted an amount then charged more because more faults were found while repairing it, was disappointing, given i received no call to be asked if I still wanted it repaired or rather cut my losses. Even though I wasnt legaly obliged to, I still paid that invoice because its the right thing to do.
Ive lost alot of money through this company and havnt had a fridge since December due to this, and I cant even get a call back.
We will have to book in with the lawyers and contact you that way instead. Annoying.

They even went above and beyond in helping me sort out the delivery of the stove. The installation itself was immaculately done, with great banter to boot. I could not be happier choosing these guys, and would highly recommend them to anyone looking to get good, solid work done.
