★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great response from the Norwest team when our fridge just stopped working!! They did everything they could to get it fixed ASAP as a broken fridge in the middle of summer is never a good thing! All fixed in 24 hours and all done with a friendly smile even though they were super busy.
Thanks to Rebecca, Wolf and Mike for a great service experience. Highly recommend this company.

Communication is always excellent, from initial administrative contact with Rebecca through to the call outs with the service technicians. They are professional and go above and beyond with fixing our problems in a timely fashion. Would highly recommend using Norwest Appliance Services.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have used Norwest Appliances many times. They always provide friendly, honest and prompt service both on the phone and in person. This time it turned out the appliance (a fridge) was not worth repairing. I appreciated being given all the facts to make a decision. Highly recommend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I can't rate them high enough. These guys are amazing and awesome. They generally believe in providing the best for the customer. To cut a long story short, they fought for me with the appliance company directly for a replacement appliance which was under warranty. The team of Rebecca and Claire are amazing. All their service people know what they are doing.
Great people to deal with and someone who sees the job to it's end. Thank you very much guys keep up the good work.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Honestly I don't think in all my years of being heavily involved in the appliance sales and customer service industry have I ever dealt with a more professional appliance service company. I had amazing service on the phone to book in my dryer for a repair the following day. A call back the same afternoon to confirm that the would come to fix my dryer the following day and that they had the part in stock that should lead to a successful repair. On the next day Mike called me while he was on the way to my house to make sure it was still a good time.
The dryer repair went like clockwork and Mike and Lance were friendly, professional and polite throughout :) I would recommend Norwest Appliances to everyone and will always use them for all my servicing requirements going forward.
THANKS FOR THE GOOD OLD FASHIONED SERVICE !!
