★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really poor service. We were relocating from Christchurch and seeking to either buy or rent. All Harcourts staff we dealt with over a 4 week period never got back to us, even when we knew the landlord of a rental who told the agent to choose us. They may be the biggest in town, but they certainly aren't the best.
