★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor service provided to the tenant. Do not recommend to rent with Harcourts Milford. The property gets only attention with several emails and even than nothing gets done properly. My lawns were high to my knees under Harcourts management and the curtains which are ripped due to age are not getting replaced.
Stay away from them if you look for a proper landlord and rent with someone else! They even don’t respect covid rules and try to do flat inspection when at Level 3.
No respect or responsibility from this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Watch out. The worst type of property manager - will string you along, will message late at night, to arrange house viewing the next day and not show-up! no explanation, apology or call back - this is the bottom of the barrel for professionalism and customer-care!
