★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When my Husband and I called Brenda & Bryan Fulton at Harcourt's Taradale we had found a property that we wanted to purchase . The property was being tendered and we wanted to know what they thought we would achieve for our existing property. We decided to list with the Fulton's and needed to achieve a sale within two weeks! We didn't give them a lot of time but they were unfazed by the tight time frame. They set about smartly getting our property marketed with photography and setting up open homes in a very professional manner. They worked extremely hard for us with four open homes before our deadline date. Deadline arrived and they achieved a fantastic price for us, well above our expectations. If you are looking for a hard working couple who will keep you updated with progress all the way then I couldn't recommend Brenda & Bryan Fulton more highly. They are always professional, considerate and very knowledgeable about the market and made what could have been a stressful time for us very easy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Craig Smith of Harcourts Real Estate in Taradale, Hawkes Bay is a brilliant professional. He excels in marketing, sales negotiation and is a truly astute auctioneer. Our family had the privilege of working with Craig and we certainly benefited from his real estate knowledge and vast experience in this complex industry.
From the outset we enjoyed his warm, genuine nature. He listened to us. His comments and advice clearly reflected an in-depth knowledge of real estate and first-hand marketing and sales experience both locally and internationally. His knowledge of the broad array of legal and marketing detail meant we trusted Craig with our asset and gave him responsibility for marketing the property.
The otherwise harrowing journey through open homes became an enjoyment thanks to Craig’s meticulous organisation and his timely feedback from potential buyers. We noticed he treated our home with respect and understood it was a sanctuary of memories. Craig’s empathy and sensitivity to the significance of our place is a rare quality in a business, most often driven only by profit.
The most amazing experience of all was seeing Craig on stage in his auctioneer ‘’robes’’ transformed into the Pavarotti of Harcourt’s auction room…well through our eyes. Craig’s outstanding ability as an auctioneer won our family a buyer, who is delighted with her new home and also with Craig.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't be fooled by these fake reviews. Harcourts may be the number one trusted real estate agency, but Harcourts Taradale is most definitely not.
You would find more progress talking to a rock than you would a Harcourts agent, and when you do they are extremely rude and condescending.
When you treat me like a second rate client, don't be surprised when I leave and find better service elsewhere. One of our property managers threw a temper tantrum when asking for our information and files back when we left their service.
Extremely shady to have fake reviews to boast your score, notice how most 5-star reviews have no profile picture, have only one review, were all posted around the same time, and the reviews seem to be following a script
I usually hate writing reviews so I never do Google reviews, but the service here is just appalling.
