★ ★ ★ ★ ★ the agent came to my home and we went over details etc for listing, i did not hear from the agent for 9 days so rang the office the agent treated me as being a nuisance when i asked for an update. We had an appt to go and look at properties out of town and at the last min she cancelled .it seemed she didnt care and starting to be controlling .i felt stressed having to ring her not knowing how she would be.As a pensioner i found this treatment unacceptable. i have bought and sold many properties and was well aware how the process works . The process in this instance was zero and to have to keep chasing the agent was for me stressful .i cancelled and went with another company
