★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went through these guys for two new bathrooms, honestly wish we hadn't. Its been 2 months of getting sent the wrong parts for showers, poor service and them trying to charge us 'restocking fees' for mistakes they made on orders. We got so fed up we went to plumbing world Papanui just to finish the project off, and they have just been so helpful and friendly, wish we ordered through them in the first place .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We would like to be more positive, but in our experience, customer service was great until they had our money. We were after a new toilet suite to compliment our bathroom reno, and having confirmed with the sales assistant that the suite we were keen on was available within a week or so, we paid for it in total. Two weeks later we contacted the sales assistant by email to enquire if it was available to be picked up. Her response was that it hadn't arrived, she needed to contact the supplier and as she was going to be away the following day, she would let us know the day after that where our toilet was. Nothing heard. Several days later we rang and spoke to a different sales assistant who was going to investigate and advise. Later that day we were told that our toilet hadn't left AKL yet, but should leave by the middle/end of the following week. Great! - that'll be nearly 3 weeks behind schedule, not helpful!. Late the following week we rang again and after some discussion, a toilet suite was available for us to pick up - not ours, somebody else's. So, apologies to the person who might still be waiting for theirs. You can do better HB, this was not a good experience for us.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We purchased all of our bathroom fittings (shower mixers/taps/toilets/extractors) from Harrison Bloy a year ago and just want to say how pleased we are with not only at the point of sale but also the after sales service. We had 2 unrelated problems about a year on and in each case harrison bloy was able to organise for the supplier to come out and resolve our issues very quickly.
