★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Replaced my kitchen and hallway parquet floor. I had Parquet before which they had repaired very well but this job was very poor the coating on top of the wood did not dry at all hard and marked badly. You could and still can feel the joins between the wood peices. I got them back to have a look Greg the manager was so not interested at all fobbed me off. Blamed us for water spillage ( really like the area ..rubbish ) . So I phoned the owner who said I'll look into it never got back to me so phoned and he said the matter was closed .. was an insurance job well over $10k paid in advance too. So now I will have to pay somebody professional to re-sand and finish the floor property. Very unhappy as they had done two previous job for me very well now just unprofessional
