Our dedicated team aims to serve the local community of Hastings, Hawkes Bay by combining Chiropractic and Traditional Chinese Medicine (Acupuncture, Qi Gong & Tui na) for people of all ages and from all walks of life.
Your Chiropractor uses manipulation to correct the structure of the spine, therefore improving communication between your brain, the body and its environment. In addition treatments such as, western acupuncture, ischaemic compression (deep tissue mobilisation), stretching and exercise advice may also be used as part of your management plan.
Your Acupuncturist uses Traditional Chinese Medicine (Acupuncture, Qi Gong & Tuina ) to restore the vital, intrinsic balance of the body's systems which when disrupted can lead to illness.
Our aims are simple........to help you achieve the best that you can be and keep you there. Your health and well being are our prime concern.

I broke my leg in 5 places 6 years ago and still have on going pain problems, I mentioned this to Giz and after the 1st treatment I was pain free for the first time in years. I highly recommend using this clinic. The staff are always friendly and helpful.

I was referred to them from a friend who couldn't sing their praises high enough and I have to concur that they are the best Chiropractors I have had the pleasure of visiting. From the moment I stepped through the front door, I was made to feel very welcome. On my first visit in Feb 2017 I was seen by the locum who fixed my severe back pain in just 2 visits. I returned last week with a pinched nerve in my lower back and Mark was amazing with the way explained what was happening and why. Three visits later and I could have danced my way home. I have absolutely no hesitation in highly recommending this team to anyone requiring Chiropractic help.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Warm and welcoming, Hastings Chiropractic make you feel valued and heard. They are very good at quickly recognising what needs to be adjusted in order to fix the problem. I went in with a sore shoulder and after the first adjustment I was already feeling 100 times better. Definitely recommend going here.
