Ryno did an amazing job. years ago I was with painkiller, heat-cream and heat pack: now i’m free of all of this since I did the sessions with him.
Highly recommend !
Also great team, always listen to you and here to found you the best time between life and work.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Definitely worth it. I used to have a lot of back pain and could barely turn my neck - all accumulated from my years of being a student always hunched over a table. All of that is gone and it feels amazing. The process is gradual and thorough. Dr. Ryno explains each step very clearly so you know exactly what's happening and why. The team there are also super friendly and make you feel very welcome. No regrets signing up for it, my body feels stronger and more balanced.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to structural chiro to get my posture checked and the possibility of it impacting my gut. After the assesment the result showed some misalignment of the spine and was advised to go for a few months adjustment plan. Towards the end of the plan, the posture had improved which was shown in pre and post images and scans. However there were no improvements seen in the digestive issues which was the main reason for the visit hence the 3 stars.

Great staff, professional and welcoming.
I have been getting work done twice a week on my lower back due to a work place injury, I was in so much pain I was prescription medication only numbed the pain temporarily, without Chiropractic support from Elise I would have been unable to get back into and carry on with work and I would be in a lot of pain. I definitely start feeling discomfort in my lower back if I miss an appointment and after my adjustments with Elise I feel much better. I'm nearly back to how my back was before the injury occurred, Thank you team!
