★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Helpdesk - non-responsive. Have logged a call through Hatch’s help line. No response. Scheduled a (confirmed) call today Hatch never called.
Withdrawals - archaic. You have to provide / upload a photo of recent bank statement to withdraw your money which takes a day to review and who has them printed nowadays? Sharesies gives you your money overnight at the latest two days.
Reliability - not up to the standards of other trading systems. Hatch’s service has ‘gone down’ / not accessible twice times in last six months.
Sticking to Sharesies thanks...
