Hauora Yoga offers weekly classes from our base in Waikanae and weekend sessions at the Hauora Yoga Barn in the picturesque Pohangina Valley.
Catherine is a 500 hour RYS (registered yoga school) trained yoga teacher; she gained her qualifications through the Kawai Purapura Yoga School and New Zealand Yoga Collective.
Our classes are suited to those who are new to yoga and those who are more experienced. Everyone can enjoy the abundant benefits of yoga – the practice can be adjusted to suit your experience and range of mobility. You will finish a class feeling invigorated yet relaxed, energised yet restored. Come along and join us for a class this week.
