About Wild Wellbeing

Kelly Ruiterman is one of the founders of Wild Wellbeing. Kelly was diagnosed with Osteo-arthritis in her early forties and found Pilates through her rehabilitation. She was so passionate about the benefits, that she trained to be a teacher. Kelly is passionate about well-being and through her own well-being journey wanted to bring something to Kapiti to help others on their journey.

I highly recommend the Barre classes at Wild Wellbeing - every class is a challenge and makes you feel stronger afterwards. All the teachers are fantastic and its a nice bright studio space to workout in.

You leave feeling refreshed and worked out at the same time. Welcoming and friendly environment that has classes for all levels. I’ve found new love with a form of exercise I’d never really got into before.

Love this studio and how connected they are with their members - tweaking classes and timetable to suit the community. Covering gentle movements through to high intensity. Teachers are great and genuine humans - experienced, supportive and encouraging. So grateful for all their help in my wellness journey ?
