★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I won’t refer anyone to Haven ever!… it’s been over 7 months and I haven’t even got a quote! Multiple emails, phone calls, meeting and correspondence with a Haven advisor. I was previously with another company and they helped me through one of the most difficult times of my life with Care and understanding… after a merge to Haven we have tried to get a quote for my partner and myself and extra insurance cover, with medical and life insurance. Because of the delay, too serious medical situations have arisen along with a unexpected diagnosis’s (now these are exclusions and we can’t get help for things that should/could've been covered) you can’t even put a quote together… I hate to think what the service is like if we needed to claim something! VERY FRUSTRATED CUSTOMER… if I could give no stars, I would today.
