★ ★ ★ ★ ★ we applied for a grant for a deceased member that had $0.00 balance in the account & Haven Falls hasselled us every day if it had been approved .... we were told to pay $550 dollars upfront for crematorium fees ... the body wldn't be delivered to the crematorium unless we paid.....plus hassled to pay within the month end or we wld incur added interest costs. I understand they run on a budget service.. but harassing grieving family with phone calls for payment ....rates Haven Falls down on etiquette esp when they are NZ Family owned business ....& the family background... by the way the account was paid in full within 7 working days from the deceased dying

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A huge thank you to Isaac for helping my family organize our dearly loved cousins funeral. From when we first called Isaac to use their services over the phone at 5pm on friday, to having my cousin back home that same evening. We were so thankful because we were still in shock. We were located in Upper Hutt, so we decided to call through to the 2 local undertakers for options. We were stunned that their estimate cost were over $11k for something Haven Falls done for $6k. My family are so thankful for all that Isaac and the staff have done for us during that late night. We will be recommending Haven Falls to anyone who losses a dearly departed loved one. God Bless.
