★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This company has a ‘very’ demeaning owner. If you get the wrong size or need to change anything he put me down & complained while telling me that I was a huge nuisance. So look out if you get the wrong size & need to change it. They ‘ would not’ change my $219.00 top which had ‘ not’ been worn! I had bought 4 articles this winter totally well over $1000.00 & Hamish( the owner) ‘ put me down’ when I asked if I could change something for a larger size. This man is very unkind & ‘nasty’ to the customer unless you ‘take’ whatever he posts! If the size is wrong you are going to be in for a miserable time if you ask to change the garment. I have worked in customer service for a very world classed company which ‘ won’ top awards. The owner, Hamish, at Hawkesbury Rd gives ‘very very demeaning comments’ to the customer. He is ‘so’ nasty.
