★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Used love coming here....until they made an absolute meal of my friend’s hair. Made worse by the fact that they refused to help her without prompting and it took nearly 2 months to get a resolution, that only suits the greedy owners pockets. You made some irreversible mistakes, didn’t own up or apologise, very disappointing. Will not be a returning client to any of these salons. Buyer be ware, if your hair is damaged or messed up by this hairdresser, they will not take ownership or seek to resolve the issue, least of all give you a refund if they completely fry your hair.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My wife had her hair done there by a month ago. She was so excited before going there, because she has seen pretty blonde hairs done by one of the head rush saloon. However, she left there very disappointed. She wanted to become blonder and showed the picture as she wanted, but she came home with her hair very orange. She called the saloon and they took her in again, and even she told them she was not happy with the orange hair and that was not what she asked for, the manager said she could only toned her hair, and there was not a big difference. The hairdresser said she would call her in a week to see if she was happy with the hair, but she never called. My wife was so disappointed since she paid almost $300 to have her hair done and expected to have a light blonde hair instead of a orange red hair.
Don’t recommend this place at all!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely loved going to Krystal, she has always been very passionate about hairdressing and it shows in her work. Such a lovely hairdresser to have. Loved the environment too its a really nice salon they use great products, its in a central location with parking around the back. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone. I must also mention Jamie is a delight to meet full of personality and has great taste in music

I've only been four times but I know Amber will be my go-to colourist for the foreseeable future (and I never commit to anything so that's a major).
Always come out feeling super fresh and pampered. I don't have to throw down mega $$$ like some other salons either.
