★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been going to this place from couple of years now (over 3+yrs). The staff are friendly and professional, also the prices are reasonable plus their offer get eighth haircut free. I never had a problem with my haircut even once, so didn't thought of going elsewhere plus one can just walk-in without a appointment and usually the wait time none to 20mins approx as they have couple of barbers available on site. I usually give same hairstyle instruction and leave it to hairdresser but every time it turns out different, unique and good as I like it and love variation. The place is inside the south-city mall so plenty of free parking, eating options and other shopping stores.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Took my son here for a haircut Christmas Eve, worst haircut I've ever seen! My partner had to tidy it up when we got home, he had long bits that were missed and worst part is the bald spot on the back of his head. I wish I'd read the reviews before going there.

Not only were they aggressive with my head and literally ruined (BUTCHERED) my hair (had to get it fixed elsewhere), but they were extremely rude and pretentious. Why support a business who doesn't care for their clients? Nobody is forcing you to work. Find a job you actually like instead of taking it out on your clients who are keeping you in business! Don't recommend at all!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been this place many times. I didn't have to wait much each time. But nobody knows there how to cut hairs. They got Unqualified staff. Whoever is the owner of this place needs to train the staff. Or owner should learn how to hire qualified staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't needs to be yelled at by staff to put my mask on when told by other staff to take it off. All customers had their masks off from when I walked in up till this point, at least 15 minutes so if you guys have a set policy make sure all staff follow it and don't yell at your clients

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Chose this salon for convenience, the queue was short. 7yr old son needed a tidy up, after his cut today, needs another tidy up. Uneven patches even though clippers were used and next to no blending with the scissor cut on top. Honestly think I could have done as well as this myself. Only saving grace was that the staff member was really nice and my son enjoyed his chat with her. Watched the customer before our son leave with a pretty ordinary cut also but thought who could mess up a kids cut? Also the floor remained unswept between cuts, for all 3 staff. Not a fan of that. Wouldn't return even if the cuts were free.
