★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Update: I am have been shopping here lately and their service has improved a lot. They have a loyalty programme which is awesome.
Convenient location if you are on your way to go shopping in New World. The staff is helpful but the times I've been there, they are always busy with a customer. I have to wait for a long time for them to finish the conversation. It would have been helpful if they have a standard procedure in dealing with this so that other customers won't have to wait for so long.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I shop here often for natural and plastic free items. They have a good variety. Staff are friendly and welcoming. The loyalty points is a plus. Was very pleased with the nice lady over the counter who went to get the item in the other store for me since they didn't have it in stock. Highly recommend this shop to others.
