★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought a cpu from the store and was told that it will be shipped next day. Waited for 4 days and when asked the status was told that it was "accidently oversold" and some more stock will be coming next week. 2 weeks past and when asked the status again, I was told no stock. refund was processed but guess what the cpu is still showing IN STOCK on the site with $70 more. not recommended at all

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went in today looking for a usb-c to usb-c cable. Specifically interested in high data rate cables, in order to work with my Blackmagic Cinema 4K and Samsung T5 SSD. Store owner (I assume) was very helpful and friendly, although they didn't seem to have the cable I need. We looked at alternative solutions, but couldn't really figure something out. However, he moved on to other costumers, leaving me with another employee, just to go through the options once more. This particular employee wasn't as helpful and friendly as the one before. I tried to explain my problem and he told me I wasn't making sense, stating that there is no difference between MegaByte and MegaBit. Made me feel very insecure about my own knowledge, which I didn't appreciate. Ultimately, he found a cable that they have been using in one of their sytems and let me try it. It worked. I asked if they would consider selling it, and he said I could have it for 40$. I looked up the cable online, finding it for 20 (18,99$NZD). Considering it has been used before and I could always order online I asked if 30$ would be okay. He then told me to buy it online and that he doesn't want to sell it to me anyway. Excuse me for asking... All in all, I went out of the store with a pretty average feeling. Therefore, 3 stars.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent aftersales service. Gigabyte RTX 3060 Vision had some issues, emailed Cello Tech. Their manager, Ragnar, was very helpful throughout the returns process. Would I recommend this shop? YES!
