★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Apart from Dr Heath Sumpton this is the worst doctors practice I have ever been to. 2hr waits on their walk in clinic. I was absolutely insulted when I got told the doctors were at lunch for an hour while they come back from lunch and ah sorry the walk in clinic is shut for an hour, sit down take a seat and you will have to wait for 8 people in front of you after that hour had started. No communication on results, prescriptions wrong most the time. The lady doctor I saw the next day couldn't say two words to me. It's a busy practice yes but its clients that have made it that and a desperate shortage of doctors in the Bay. No follow up from doctors regarding health problems.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Although not a patient I've had a few visits re skin melanoma and they are so good and understanding as I have acute issues with all medical inviroments..
I would really love them to do covid vaxanations as I have walked out from the other vaxanation centers as they simply don't care and won't listen.
Please Please start doing covid vaxanations it would certainly help me.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went in for a walk in some time after 9am and only waited around 30 to 45 minutes to see a doctor. My doctor Debbie, was very nice and helpful. Would love to register here. Very nice and clean place with lovely plants which I'm sure gets taken care of professionally as they are too nice!

The best option is to use the website to schedule an appointment - someone will get back to you within a few hours.
Doctors here are really good and I'm grateful that they provide such great support even though they are so busy.

My daughter was very sick and ended up in hospital and one of the doctors took the time to ring me and ask how she was. Very impressed. Keep up the good work you guys, you do an amazing job.
