★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Im sick with a fever and cough but cant come in cause i have cough cold and flu symptoms ..... im in pain and want to cry dont have anyone who can take me to the doctors ?? How the hell am i supposed to go to the doctor if your phone isnt being answered as i called for 2 hours straight . Honestly im super upset with this also im a first time paitent and it said to freaking call !!! BUT YOU WONT FREAKING ANSWER !!!!!! SO FAR MY EXPERIENCE HAS BEEN ABSOLUTELY HORRID . & if i could give you 0 stars i would. This place is awful wouldn't recommend if youre looking for a organised/customer friendly bussiness.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Signed up on Friday, was told to book an appointment this week. Went in to book appointment this morning and got one. Go to pay for the appointment and get slapped with a $65 casual fee. Receptionist never explained that I still wasn't registered and didn't seem at all sincere or sympathetic at my frustration. I was in no rush to be seen and could have waited a few weeks if I had known I would be paying casual rates. I specifically waited to be registered to avoid this issue. Fee would have been $16 if paperwork had gone through. Very disappointed with customer service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A Receptionist is abusive. And I'm a patient there. They need to address this. The doctors are lovely and the nurses are, both are brilliant. Just a receptionist to clarify.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst reception staff. The whole team is with an attitude, Unaware of the clinic policy. Try to walk in for an appointment rather than calling them they will say something over the phone and when u show up the clinic they will treat you like an alien and explain their wired policy.Try avoid them and better keep confirmation on writing so that other staff accept ur appointments.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Doctors are great but the reception never answer the phone, the photo attached is how long I have been calling to get through. This isn't the first time, happened 5 times to be at least and from the reviews seems to be a common problem. They are pleasant in person however.
Nurses and doctors are great.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing experience with the nurse today. She was soo thorough, asked lots of questions and put me at ease and helped me out with an issue which wasn't pleasant for either of us ?. Dr Puck America was also wonderful and kind. I see alot of negative reviews and didn't expect such good care. Give them a chance, I'm new to the area from Auckland and think I've found my new health care providers! ♥

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I attended this doctors for a medical last Thursday, having never been here before, and after reading these reviews I was not very relaxed! However an all round 5 stars, the receptionists were very friendly and welcoming and I note Diane went beyond my requests for information, taking extra time to assure that my questions were thoroughly answered. My nurse was Maria, she was Very personable, friendly and helpful and extremely efficient at her job, I hope to be lucky enough to have her as my nurse next time!!, the doctor I saw was Dr Poudel, he was also friendly and personable and explained completely what every part of the medical was and what it showed the medical practitioner, so zero stress and a very welcoming practice; With Thanks to all the staff for making my medical an easy visit! J

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Please answer the phone. I still hang on as the doctors have always been good, usually reception is kind and professional. But do have a problem of the doctors moving to another practice. We moved to this medical centre because it had a nice atmosphere and we liked the doctor but he has since left.
